About INAA and NAINA membership benefits:-

As nurses of Indian origin, we are fortunate to experience the cultural diversity. With the experience and skill we have gained by our education and professional exposure, we provide award winning nursing care at different capabilities to various patient populations. Some of us function as educators to shape the future of nursing, or generate and utilize evidence to influence future health care delivery. As minority nurses, we look for peer support, mentoring and opportunities for networking.

National Association of Indian Nurses of America (NAINA) is a common forum for us, where we can find these opportunities. Indian Nurses Association of Austin (INAA) which is established in 2020, is the Austin chapter of NAINA. Membership in INAA automatically gives you full membership in NAINA.
